Company Overview
Our client, part of a large multi-disciplinary organisation providing a broad range of consultancy services including asbestos, environmental, water hygiene, occupational hygiene and other services to clients nationwide, is now seeking to expand their business and are recruiting for a self-driven Asbestos Operations Manager to join them in the South Central area and would include applicants from Guildford, Reading and surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Experience
* P402, P405, or S301 qualifications or equivalent.
* Proven track record in role with significant experience within UKAS accredited company and asbestos industry.
* Familiarity with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP also welcomed.
The Role
* Promote company’s business and manage accounts.
* Participate in technical reviews and maintain proposals and reports.
* Mentor and train asbestos surveyors.
* Assist with tenders and quotations.
* Resolve problems and handle various issues.
* Approve asbestos reports as required.
* Liaise with company’s large portfolio of clients.
* Commercially focused, versatile and manage the business effectively.
* Strong communication, organisational, people management and client‑facing skills; able to work under pressure.
