š ļø Carpenter Multi Trader ā Walton-on-Thames (Responsive Maintenance)

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working specifically on VOID properties as part of a busy social housing contract. Based from our Walton-on-Thames office, youāll help bring empty homes back to a high standard for new residents.
š§ What Youāll Be Doing
⢠Carrying out repair, renewal, and reinstatement works within void properties.
⢠Completing a variety of carpentry and multi-trade tasks to prepare homes for reālet.
⢠Advising your Supervisor when additional trades are required.
⢠Working independently or alongside other operatives to complete void refurbishments.
⢠Completing daily work sheets detailing tasks completed and materials used.
⢠Ensuring all works are finished productively, safely, and to a high standard.
š Requirements
⢠Full UK driving licence is essential.
⢠NVQ L2 in Carpentry or similar trade qualification.
⢠Proven experience in carpentry and multiātrade work, preferably within voids or social housing.
⢠Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting tight deadlines.
⢠Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
⢠A customer-focused attitude and commitment to maintaining property standards.
