Health & Social Care Teachers Required – September 2026
Full‑time opportunities across secondary schools in the Swale area.
Role
- Deliver engaging and high‑quality lessons across up to KS4.
- Inspire students to achieve their full potential in Health & Social Care.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor and support student progress through effective feedback and intervention.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Salary & Benefits
- £32,916 – £51,047 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications and additional responsibilities – PAYE.

Additional Requirements
