The successful candidate will join a team committed to delivering a rigorous academic curriculum that supports all students in achieving strong outcomes. You will work closely with the Director of English and the wider school leadership to maintain and elevate standards across the department.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop engaging resources, schemes of work, and effective teaching strategies
* Contribute to the school development plan and its implementation
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons
* Participate in whole-school initiatives and collaborative planning
* Run or support extracurricular clubs and activities
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities in line with statutory guidance
