* Scheduling appointments for maintenance jobs and coordinating with engineers
* Preparing service quotations and raising callouts as needed
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Service Office
