A leading hedge fund is now looking to recruit an Equity Analyst into their team.
The role will join a very successful team of fund managers and analysts who have a superb track record in investing.
The role will work on the following :
* Active Identification of investment opportunities for the fund
* Identification of events which can trigger a gain or loss in value of a stock
* Recommending buy and sell side trades to the Portfolio Managers
* Carrying out detailed financial modelling and analysis of investment opportunities
* Monitoring existing positions
* Active member of the investment team
They are interested in people who will have a background as follows:
* Buy side equity analysts
* Sell side analysts with a leading investment bank or one of the top research firms
* Investment Banking Analysts
* ACAs with the leading accounting firms
* 2.1 or 1st class degree
* Real interest in financial markets
* Technically excellent, with a real interest in forensic analysis of company accounts
