About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the construction sector. This is a 360 role with a warm desk, offering immediate access to existing clients and live vacancies across Greater Manchester and the wider region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build on an established desk while developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a 360 recruitment desk within the construction sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Proactively develop new business opportunities
* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
* Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Meet and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (construction sector preferred)
* Proven track record in a 360 recruitment role
* Strong business development and client management skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
