The Role of the Specifications Sales Manager
1. Responsible for covering the East Scotland region, promoting bathroom solutions to contractors, installers, architects, and end users.
2. Focused on commercial projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, offices, hospitality, and leisure.
3. Engaged in a consultative sales approach—collaborating with architect teams, visiting main contractors, subcontractors, and installers to identify and secure project opportunities.
4. Offering tailored solutions by guiding clients through product selection across multiple brands to ensure the best fit and value for each project.
5. Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accurate records and pipeline tracking through a CRM system.
