Job Requirements

* 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
* Experience processing end‑to‑end payroll in a bureau or multi‑customer environment.
* Proficient with payroll systems and Excel.
* Detail‑oriented, organized, and process‑driven.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Global Payroll Administration experience is highly advantageous, especially if that comes with an interest in the US.


Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and process payroll inputs across multiple regions.
* Manage data integrity across the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Support statutory data preparation and pension processing.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
* Play a key role in creating efficient, automated payroll workflows.
