The Role
The Senior Analyst, IT Compliance is responsible for SOX analysis and compliance activities across CUK Technology.
Working as part of the CUK Technology Compliance team, this role is responsible for the development, embedding and tracking of Information Security technical control requirements to ensure legal, contractual and policy compliance is maintained and monitored, with control defects identified and remediated.
This will involve operating and enhancing the compliance management framework at CUK, including presentation of insightful analysis to monitor and improve the compliance of CUK IT with internal and external requirements, as well as tracking compliance against approved KPIs and maintaining control design.
The role is responsible for engaging with external vendors through the completion of compliance assessments and raising areas of non-compliance with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external. The role will also require the production and analysis of weekly compliance reports and supporting stakeholders in tracking remediation of assigned findings.
Description of the role.
* Perform SOX control reviews to identify deficiencies and to mature and embed control improvements within Carnival UK
* Identify and promptly escalate non-compliance, control failures, and slippage against control delivery schedules.
* Ensure mandatory compliance deadlines for SOX reporting are complied with by Control Owners.
* Maintain up to date records of SOX procedures and control designs.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time fixed term contract basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
