This is a remote role for candidates based in England.
Responsibilities
* Exceed annual revenue targets and build pathways for long-term revenue expansion
* Oversee the full business development pipeline, ensuring consistent forecasting and performance tracking
* Negotiate and secure high-value commercial partnerships across sport, media, consumer and corporate sectors
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape commercial strategies
* Represent the organisation externally at industry events and partner meetings
* Track performance, forecast revenue and report on commercial progress
The Successful Candidate
* 5+ years experience closing six-figure and seven-figure deals with corporate companies
* Proven track record of sponsorship sales
* A connection to the sports industry is advantageous
Head of Sales Package
* Basic Salary: circa £70,000 + annual bonus
