We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Delamere

Dayrate: £280 - £300 per day
Duration: Ongoing up to 12 months.
Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to look after the drainage package on a housing development in Delamere, with 114 homes already occupied and 52 in various levels of construction. The drainage on site is being re‑done and the SM role is to manage the drainage package on the development. There's approx 12 months left on the development.
What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager:
* Manage day‑to‑day delivery of the drainage package, ensuring progress in line with programme.
* Ensure project is completed in line with standards.
* Lead and co‑ordinate drainage subcontractors, plant, and labour resources.
* Ensure all works comply with drawings and specifications.
* Conduct regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections.
* Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
* Conduct daily site inspections.
* Liaise with engineers, local authorities.
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Temporary Works Coordinator
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Day rate
* Weekly pay on a Friday
