Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the direct supervision of a registered health care professional and assist the healthcare team with personal care delivery for a defined group of patients. They will perform a range of clinical duties/tasks, ensuring that actions are undertaken by the individual following appropriate training and within their sphere of competence.

Qualifications
* Good general education/ literacy & numeracy or willing to work towards obtaining
* NVQ Level 2 in Health Care or equivalent qualification
* Care Certificate
Experience
* Experience of caring for patients
* Experience working in a healthcare setting

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
