Executive Assistant
West End | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) | £55,000
We’re partnering with a leading international private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the COO and wider investment team.
This is a key role within a fast-paced, high-performing environment, offering close partnership with the COO alongside involvement with the broader investment team. The role sits at the centre of the business, requiring someone who is comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities, and working closely with senior stakeholders.

The role will involve:
• Supporting the COO and members of the investment team
• Managing complex, ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
• Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
• Processing expenses, invoices and approvals
• Preparing agendas, reports and meeting materials
• Supporting team events, offsites and internal initiatives
• Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with documentation, signing and compliance processes

They are looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, corporate environment (private equity, investment banking or professional services would be particularly relevant)
• Is highly organised, detail focused and confident managing multiple priorities
• Is proactive, dependable and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Has strong Microsoft Office skills (experience with Concur or DocuSign is helpful)
