What is the purpose of the administrator role?
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Camden based team, helping services run smoothly and safely so colleagues can focus on supporting children and families.
This role plays a vital part in delivering frontline services to keep children and young people safe from abuse. You're role will be to;
1. Provide reception and first point of contact activity
2. Coordinate diaries, meetings and room bookings
3. Support communications within the team, with families and external professionals
4. Undertake health & safety checks
Are you an experienced administrator with the following skills?
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
6. Experience in reception duties including providing detailed messages to colleagues.
7. Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
8. Professional, calm and able to manage competing priorities
9. Strong communicator who handles confidential information appropriately
10. Positive team member who uses initiative and works collaboratively
11. Experience of providing administrative support, including minute taking, preferably within services to children and families
12. Enjoy working as part of a team delivering services to children that support their recovery from trauma
