On behalf of the Bank of England, we are looking for a Finance Administrator (Accounts payable) (Inside IR35) for a 6 month, hybrid (40% office and the remainder is homebased) contract based in London.

As a Finance Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

* Invoice & Expense Management: Handle supplier invoice processing via CODA, resolve unmatched invoices, and conduct second-line approvals for expenses submitted by senior executives and committee members.
* Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain accurate supplier records, manage queries, and provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
* Finance Transformation Support: Collaborate on the Finance Modernisation Programme and Oracle transition by identifying automation opportunities, cleansing data, and participating in testing and go-live activities

Essential:

* Previous experience of Invoice and expenses processing and reconciliations
* SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
* Proficient in excel

Desirable:

* Knowledge of oracle for auditing expenses
