Key Responsibilities ️ Coordinate cremation bookings and memorial services Provide sensitive support to the public, funeral directors & clergy Process legal documents and issue cremated remains Maintain accurate records and use IT systems (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Office) Handle payments and ensure proper cash reconciliation Manage allocation of memorial trees and urn purchases Respond to public enquiries and complaints in a respectful manner ️ Perform general admin tasks (filing, word processing, record-keeping) ✅ Essential Criteria 1 year working in a bereavement or customer support setting Experience in administration & cash handling Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office or similar) Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer care approach ️ Organised with good planning ability Health & Safety awareness Able to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: 5 GCSEs incl.
