We are working with a PE backed, high-growth DTC Sports brand to help them hire for an Ecommerce Website Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on specialist to take ownership of multiple high-performing digital storefronts.
The Ecommerce Website Manager will lead the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of multiple ecommerce websites, ensuring they perform reliably, convert effectively and evolve in line with customer expectations and business goals.
If you enjoy blending merchandising craft with experimentation, and you like partnering with marketing, product and operations to turn traffic into revenue, this is a role where your work will be visible and measurable from week one.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to travel to their office in South Wales 2 days per week!
About the Role:
* Own daily trading, merchandising and optimisation of ecommerce sites
* Deliver product launches, campaigns and promotional activity end-to-end
* Manage external development partners and prioritise technical roadmaps
* Drive conversion rate and average order value through testing programmes
* Monitor site performance, uptime and customer experience
You Will Need:
* Experience working in a high-growth ecommerce brand is preferred
* Shopify experience
* Proven experience managing multi-region ecommerce platforms
* Confident managing day-to-day website updates, product launches, pricing changes, promo activities etc.
* Experience working with agencies and development delivery cycles
* Solid understanding of CRO methodologies and A/B testing tools
* Analytical mindset with confidence using GA4 or similar tools
* Passion for the sports industry would be great!
