The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Providing tenancy advice to residents
2. Encourage residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of high quality, safe and value for money housing support services that meet their identified needs and organisational objectives
3. Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services activities to ensure clean and safe homes for the Group’s customers, including undertaking compliance testing, risk assessments and scheme inspections and ensuring faults are reported and monitored
4. Encouraging residents to organise and get involved in activities
5. Wellbeing calls to residents via warden call system
6. Supporting the lettings team to manage vacant flats
7. Managing low level anti-social behaviour
Skills and experiences:
8. Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
9. Some experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
10. Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
11. Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
12. Good interpersonal and customer care skills
13. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
14. Occasional travel may be requirement of the role; therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

25. Role salary is £26,643 per annum (rising to £27,467 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
