Spray Painter – Arnold Clark
We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter to work in a busy workshop environment, restoring accident-damaged and sales vehicles to their former glory.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply paint to vehicles to a high standard.
* Prepare vehicles for paintwork.
* Mask and protect vehicles in preparation for paintwork.
* Carry out minor damage repairs.
* Polish to remove defects from vehicle paintwork.
* Mix paint to apply to vehicles.
Essential Skills
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.
* Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
* Preparing vehicles for paintwork.
* Masking vehicles in preparation for paintwork.
* Carrying out minor damage repairs.
* Polishing to remove defects from vehicle paintwork.
* Mixing paint to apply to vehicles.
* Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.
Compensation & Benefits
* Up to £46,000 OTE plus benefits.
* Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance‑based bonuses – terms and conditions apply.
* 44 hours per week.

Hours & Location
Full‑time: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm. Location: Inverness, Scotland.
