What you’ll do
* Learn the full 360° recruitment craft with hands-on coaching from senior NS&D recruiters.
* Use market-leading tech from day one: LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Cube19 and more.
* Source, qualify and match high-calibre candidates to live roles across NS&D and tech.
* Speak to people every day — building relationships with candidates and clients over phone and video.
* Contribute ideas for social content, engagement campaigns and community building.
* Develop real commercial awareness of the NS&D market and sharpen your negotiation skills.
What success looks like (your first 6 months)
* Month 1: Master the tools, place your first candidates into interview, learn our quality standards.
* Month 3: Own a niche talent pool, run shortlists, start closing your first deals.
* Month 6: Manage roles end-to-end, contribute revenue consistently, map out your own desk and future team.
