Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus (OTE £32,000)

An established and growing mortgage brokerage in Cardiff is looking to appoint a Mortgage Case Manager to join their high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage administration or case management experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in financial services — with full support to achieve your CeMAP qualification (fully funded by the business).
The Role:
* Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases efficiently
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
* Supporting Mortgage Advisors with pipeline management
* Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in mortgage administration or case management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine interest in developing a career within mortgages
