Overview
Get paid to enjoy good company and enable a visually impaired gentleman to support his son whilst he plays football around the area, taking them to and from matches and enjoying the youth football activities.
Responsibilities
* Transport the visually impaired gentleman and his son to and from football matches and youth activities.
* Assist with any required support during outings.
Requirements
* Own a vehicle and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
* Good driving record and enhanced DBS required.
* Comfortable with a guide dog travelling in the vehicle.
* Interest in football and sports.
* Availability of a few spare hours on weekdays and weekends.
* Experience: 1 year working with visually impaired (preferred).
* Driving licence (preferred).
Employment Details
* Job type: Part‑time, Permanent.
* Pay rate: £15.65 per hour plus mileage allowance.
* Hours: Up to 8 hours per week based on a rota system; flexible; extra hours may be available for covering holidays or sickness.
* Holiday allowance and travel expenses covered.
* Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
