You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and secure digital workspace, ensuring high performance and satisfaction across our end-user devices, with a focus on Windows 11 deployment, optimization, and support.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Knowledge of how to deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 11 devices in a hybrid or cloud-first environment.
* Managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, and Group Policy for compliance and configuration management.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies, such as Entra ID.
* Knowledge of MSI Installer packaging technology, scripting technology (PowerShell).
* Troubleshoot Windows 11-related issues across hardware, OS, applications, updates, and drivers.
* Build and maintain automated provisioning and update workflows using Windows Autopilot, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.
* Collaborate with Cyber Security to ensure correct process and requirements are met regarding End Of Life and/or Vulnerabilities.
* Collaborate with Application Owners and associated support teams to ensure application requirements meet the strategic direction of the BA Digital EUX client platform
* Conduct user experience assessments and provide proactive improvements based on metrics and feedback.
* Package and deploy Windows 11-compatible applications (MSI, Win32, Store apps) via Intune.
* Troubleshoot Application installation/test in UAT environments, e.g. confirmation testing
* Troubleshoot Application issues when deployed to live, establish root cause analysis and configuration requirements for Windows 11 and collaborate with App Owners/Support teams to resolve issues.
* Document EUX solutions, support procedures, and self-service resources for users.

* A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £ 400-450(PAYE) OR £450-500 (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
* This role provides a hybrid working(2-3 days a month) access in Waterside, London
