The Company: We are working with a privately-owned, fast-growing Affordable Housebuilder who have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to join their team. They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor with high profit margins. They have a healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond.
Role
The Role/You: Due to planned, controlled growth, they are now in a position to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee schemes in the Lancashire region. The role will be split between their head offices and visits to sites as and when required. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a Contracts Manager for an Affordable Housebuilder.
