My client is a growing FMCG business committed to sustainability seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Managing customer complaints (log, investigated, and complete root cause analysis, implement corrective actions and customer response)
4. Completing new product set ups and customer supplier approval documentation
5. Creating and amending finished product labels
6. Completing customer specifications
7. Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
The Successful Applicant
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have the following experience:
8. Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience within a B2B customer service environment
9. Confident communicator
10. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
