The Role:
* Manage and support their Microsoft 365 environment.
* Carry out regular maintenance across all applications to keep them running smoothly.
* Install and upgrade applications in line with IT strategy and investment plans.
* Make sure new and existing systems work well together.
* Collaborate with IT trainers to help create software training materials.
The Candidate:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as M365, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
* Experience with system development, coding, or integrations.
