Are you an experienced Plant Operator ready to step off site and pass your skills on to the next generation? This is your opportunity to join leading training provider as a Plant Operations Trainer, delivering high-quality training and assessments to apprentices and commercial learners.
You'll teach practical and theory-based sessions on plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers and roller. You'll ensure training reflects industry best practice, promote a safe and inclusive environment, and inspire learners to thrive in construction.

The Role

Deliver practical and theory-based plant operations training

Operate and train on excavators, dumpers, rollers and more

Support course development and quality improvement
The Person

Level 3 vocational qualification in Plant Operations (or equivalent)
*
CPCS or NPORS licences
*
Recent hands-on experience in plant operations
*
Level 3 teaching qualification (or willing to achieve in 12 months)
*
Organised, safety-focused, and passionate about training others
