Location: London N5 (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Hours: Full-time, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas closure
Join Spread a Smile, a growing children's charity bringing joy to seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the UK. We are seeking an experienced EA & Office Manager to support the CEO (70%) and manage daily office operations (30%).
Your responsibilities include managing the CEO’s diary, preparing agendas, taking minutes, supporting donor relations, and overseeing office functions such as supplier management, IT access, budgets, and HR processes.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience supporting senior leadership, excellent organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in HR administration and basic finance is essential.
