Salary: £30,000-£32,000 FTE Depending on experience
Cumbria Waste Group is the largest provider of bespoke waste collection, disposal and recycling services in Cumbria, with over 4,000 customers. We have an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our high-performing Finance Team at our Head Office in Carlisle. This role comes at an exciting time for the Group as we continue to evolve and grow. We currently employ over 400 people across the North of England.

Duties will include:
* Processing payroll inputs for the Group companies on a monthly basis and dealing with any associated queries
* To provide assistance around the month end processes
* Ensuring all 3rd party remittances, payments and procedures are completed
* Processing payroll starters, leavers and amendments
* Adhering to internal controls and processes
* Providing feedback on current procedures and making recommendations to increase effectiveness
* Building relationships with team leaders and members alike

* Adaptable to a fast paced environment
* Confident with the use of Excel and other Microsoft packages
* Previous payroll experience, dealing with the interpretation and processing of payroll inputs
