We’re working with a respected and established elderly care provider who are looking for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead one of their homes based in Warwickshire. The home is residential and dementia-focused, and currently performing well with strong fundamentals already in place.
This provider has a longstanding reputation in the sector and operates a wide network of elderly care homes across the UK. Their focus is on delivering high-quality care, empowering their staff, and maintaining safe, comfortable environments where residents are truly valued. They are known for low agency usage, high self-funding occupancy in many homes, and a commitment to long-term investment in people and environments.
They offer a supportive senior leadership structure, a strong clinical and compliance framework, and the autonomy for Managers to lead their homes with confidence.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a confident, proactive leader with experience in managing elderly residential and dementia services. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong track record of compliance, quality improvement, and commercial awareness.
Requirements
* A current Registered Home Manager within elderly care
* Experienced with residential and/or dementia services
* Able to evidence Good or Outstanding CQC reports
* Skilled in team leadership, people development, and building a positive culture
* Commercially aware, with experience in marketing, budgeting and occupancy growth
Location
The role is based in Warwickshire and is commutable from Studley, Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon, Evesham, Solihull, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas.
