About the role The Regulatory Affairs Team is responsible for maintaining and developing transparent relationships with our regulators.
We're looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure that ourmunication with external regulators is transparent,pliant, and efficient. This means responding clearly and on time to regulatory enquiries, as well as keeping on top of regulatory developments and monitoring regulatory change.
You'll also play a key role inmunicating regulatory topics internally. You can expect to support the business in different regulatory fields to provide advice, brief stakeholders ahead of any regulatory interactions, and develop policies and training materials.

What you'll be doing
1. Keeping our regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other ad hoc updates
2. Working closely with Risk,pliance, and Legal teams
3. Preparing management reports and information, in particular for regulator meetings, internalmittees, and the Board
4. Delivering training and updates to product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
5. Building processes and documentation for the team in a scalable, sustainable way
6. Being a champion for conduct andpliance across the business
What you'll need
7. 4 years of experience working in apliance or risk function at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, consultancy, or regulator
8. The ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and meet deadlines
9. Excellent stakeholder management,munication, project management, and negotiation skills
10. A proven track record of rapid learning and taking initiative
11. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyseplex information and identify the key issue/action to drive resolutions
12. Knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and key regulatorypliance regimes
13. An understanding of the payments systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile applications
14. Fluency in English
