Job Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair transport refrigeration units.
* Diagnose faults and troubleshoot refrigeration systems.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service and support.
* Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
* F-Gas Certification.
* Proven experience in transport refrigeration engineering.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to refrigeration.
