Summary: As a Lidl Area Manager, you’ll be a future leader, coordinating up to five stores and supporting Store Managers to hit KPIs and deliver high performance. You’ll learn our business from the inside out, starting as a Customer Assistant and moving to Store Manager.
What you’ll do
* Regularly visit stores to ensure operational excellence, focusing on efficiency and compliance
* Mentor Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing teams to improve store performance
* Empower teams to achieve KPIs while maintaining high standards
* Create an environment where teams can deliver their best work, shift after shift, in accordance with Leadership & Company Principles
What you’ll need
* Past experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results
* Ability to understand complex reports, identify next steps, and oversee new initiatives
* Drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever‑changing aspects of our business
* Effective communication skills to support teams with new launches, concepts, and processes
* Full UK Driving Licence
