What You’ll Do
* Be the go-to support for sales operations: forecasts, budgets, quotas and meeting coordination
* Analyse sales data to uncover insights and optimize performance
* Develop and manage territorial sales quotas aligned with business goals
* Maintain and improve our sales and marketing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Guide Sales, Marketing and Field teams in accessing and interpreting critical data
* Manage commission incentive budgets and perform precise sales calculations
* Administer the field sales forecasting system to keep leadership informed with real-time insights
What You Bring
* University degree required; advanced degree a plus
* 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, finance or similar; or advanced degree with 0 years’ experience
* Strong analytical skills and a knack for turning data into actionable insights
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM or sales reporting tools
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
