It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution. ​ ​ ​ About the Role MEEM is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our Ecommerce team, with a core focus on Ecommerce Trade. This role is responsible for owning and trading allocated region(s) through robust weekly trade analysis, insight generation, and the execution of considered trading actions across onsite visual merchandising, site optimisation, and wider commercial levers. This is a commercially led role, focused on regional performance, customer behaviour, and product trading, rather than day-to-day operational site management and content (which sits with Ecommerce Operations Executives). The role will own one or more regions across our five commerce sites: UK, US, ROW (International), FR and DE, with final regional ownership confirmed based on experience and business priorities. Responsibilities: Ecommerce Trade & Regional Performance Own weekly trade reporting and performance analysis for allocated region(s), benchmarking against Global performance and identifying meaningful variances. Translate data into clear commercial insights and trading actions, with measurable outcomes. Build a strong understanding of regional customer behaviour, including price sensitivity, category preferences, product mix, and promotional response. Proactively identify opportunities and risks within your region and recommend short- and mid-term trading actions. Share regional insights with the wider Ecommerce, Growth and Marketing teams to influence cross-channel trading levers (e.g. CRM, Performance Marketing, Affiliates). ​ ​ Onsite Trading & Visual Merchandising Own onsite trading performance for your region(s), ensuring the site experience supports commercial goals while maintaining MEEM’s luxury positioning and brand standards. Manage regional Visual Merchandising (VM) across key PLPs and high-traffic categories, ensuring pinned and prioritised products are commercially relevant by market. Work with the Digital Commerce Manager to ensure search and category algorithms are optimised for your region, including testing and refinement where required. Execute and analyse A/B tests within the VM and onsite tooling to improve engagement, conversion and revenue. Ensure Custom Listings, Curated Edits and featured category pages are relevant, current and optimised for your region. Incorporate wider market context (e.g. regional holidays, cultural moments, weather, local trading patterns) into onsite trading recommendations. ​ ​ Collaboration with Ecommerce Operations Partner closely with the Senior Ecommerce Executive (Operations) to: Share regional behavioural insights to inform homepage content, navigation, and site journeys. Flag enrichment, content or UX issues impacting regional performance. Participate in regular site walks and QA checks to ensure regional execution meets commercial and brand standards (aligning with Global Strategy) Support with site translations process (if relevant to your region) ​ ​ Wider Team Contribution Maintain a strong working understanding of key Ecommerce Operations processes (e.g. product enrichment, translations, content workflows) to support the team during peak periods or team absence. Contribute to the evolution of Ecommerce Trade best practice as the team and regional complexity grows. Act as a collaborative, proactive team member within a fast-paced and evolving Ecommerce function. ​ ​ ​ ​ Skills & Experience Essential: Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics. Ability to extract insight from data and clearly articulate recommended actions. Commercial mindset with an interest in product performance and customer behaviour. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally. Desirable: Experience in ecommerce, merchandising, trading or commercial analysis. Exposure to onsite trading, VM tools, or ecommerce platforms. Experience working with regional or international markets.
