Additional Payment: Sleep-ins paid at £64 per night

About the Role:
Our Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
2. Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
3. Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
5. Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
What You’ll Need:
6. Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in Adult Care) – essential
7. Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
8. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
9. A positive, team-oriented attitude
Hours & Pay:
10. 37 hours per week
11. £13.50 per hour
12. Sleepovers paid at £64 per night
