* Be familiar with photography studio equipment and assist with basic set-up and troubleshooting.
* Report any client-related or studio-related issues directly to the Studio Manager.
* Monitor studio stock levels (e.g. paper backdrops, toilet paper, shoe covers, bin bags) and flag when items need replenishment.
* Ensure the space is maintained to a high standard, proactively identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
* Liaise with the Studio Manager for ongoing tasks, updates, and client feedback.
Requirements
* Weekend availability is essential – applicants unable to work weekends will not be considered.
* Previous experience working in a studio, event space, or customer-facing environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to deal confidently with clients.
* Organised, reliable, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
* A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
* Must live locally to Canning Town or have an easy commute to the studio.
Contract Details
* Zero-hour contract (minimum 4 hours per week).
* Hours may range anywhere between 9:00am and 11:00pm, depending on bookings in the studio and this varies every week.
