We are seeking an experienced professional with:
* Experience working in a residential setting for older people over 65 years living with Dementia, with a fair understanding of CQC inspections and standards
* Staff management experience, including supervision, training, and handovers
* Ability to manage medications, including ordering, administering, and returns
* Experience as a duty officer in charge of a care home
* Strong prioritization and initiative skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety at Work and Infection Prevention Control
* Experience with staff rotas, allocation of duties, and shift management (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
* Proficiency in using computers, including sending and receiving emails, and working with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to write reports and send out letters
* QCF (NVQ) in HSC level 3 minimum
