As Restaurant Manager at The Randolph, your role will include: Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private dining Coaching, developing, and inspiring a front-of-house team to consistently deliver outstanding service Driving covers, revenue, and guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and hands-on leadership Managing rotas, labour costs, and scheduling in line with business targets Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships in partnership with the kitchen team Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements at all times Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and wider leadership team on F&B strategy Monitoring and acting on guest feedback to continuously improve service standards Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within your team WHAT DO YOU NEED?
