We are looking for a visionary Multimedia Producer & Motion Designer to join our CRIIeative Team. In this role, you won't just edit video—you will own the visual narrative of our technology, translating complex defense software and hardware capabilities into compelling 2D/3D animations and cinematic product demos that resonate with customers and stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
* Translate complex concepts by collaborating with technical subject matter experts to create digestible, high‑impact explainers and software demos.
* Own the end‑to‑end video creation process: develop concepts, storyboard, mock‑up, animate, and deliver final production with voice‑over, music, and captions.
* Create software product demos/explainers for marketing across customer briefings, social media, websites, and internal communications.
* Produce and edit a library of product and services videos; maintain quality and brand consistency.
* Implement and enforce formatting, style templates, and branded elements for consistent video assets.
* Proactively research and integrate AI‑driven tools and generative technologies to optimize production workflows.
* Manage technical aspects of video recording and editing, including equipment and software.
* Conduct pre‑ and post‑production quality checks of all deliverables.
* Oversee video vendors, asset management, distribution, and delivery systems.
* Generate fresh concepts and aid the creative team in ideation of unique, engaging materials.
* Capture professional photography for portraiture, product hardware, events, and exercises; film B‑roll and live‑action footage as needed.
* Support headshot or event photography requests, including editing and distribution.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a video specialist or similar role.
* Experience on a creative team in an agency or marketing department.
* Proven work as a video producer/editor with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Hands‑on experience with 3D design and animation software (e.g., Blender).
* Experience using video, audio, and editing equipment on PC or Apple platforms.
* Strong grasp of design fundamentals, color theory, and image manipulation.
* Knowledge of current video production and 2D/3D design trends.
* Ability to explain creative choices and deliver polished work.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Curious learner and researcher, comfortable using new tools.
* Effective communication with diverse business units (in‑person and remote).
* Previous experience in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
* Self‑starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can work independently.
