Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Hybrid – Oldbury & Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality workplace health services. This hybrid role involves weekly travel to client sites in Oldbury and Wolverhampton, alongside home-based working.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver a full Occupational Health remit including:
* Case management
* Health surveillance
* Pre-employment assessments
* Fitness for work and safety-critical medicals
* Provide advice on physical and mental health in the workplace
* Maintain high clinical and professional standards
* Manage a structured daily caseload
Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
* Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
* Strong case management experience
* Ability to travel to client sites weekly
* OH qualification desirable but not essential
