This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support throughout the school day, helping the pupil to access learning, manage transitions, and develop confidence and independence. Consistency and relationship-building are key to success in this role.
