Business Development Advisor (Office based)

* Salary: £15.00 per hour + performance bonus (OTE £28,500)
We have an opportunity for a Business Development Advisor to join our expanding team, which is based in our office in Nursling, Southampton.
This outbound B2B position is a great opportunity for a driven candidate; experience within business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not necessary – if you believe you have the skills to succeed, then we want to hear from you!
You will:
* Call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads
* Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers
* Introduce Intersafe by emailing information to client contacts
* Work towards agreed weekly call and appointment target
* Maintain accurate records within our CRM database
* Sales support Administration tasks
* Managing website leads
Working Hours – Flexible hours to suit you available Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm
About you
* Able to handle and overcome objections
* A positive and self-motivated approach to working
* Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential)
Must have
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player and the ability to work alone
* The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
* Experience using a computer database
