Responsibilities

* Oversee the department budget for chemical reagents and specialized apparatus.
* Ensure total compliance with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
* Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians and early-career teachers.
* Support major school-wide STEM festivals and enrichment projects.
Requirements
* A degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Biology.
* Significant experience as a school technician with a deep understanding of CLEAPSS.
* Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a busy workload with precision.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
