Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer

Overview
We are working with a reputable and well-established law firm in Swansea seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner to manage a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
2. Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
3. Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
4. Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and variations.
5. Acting on refinancing and secured lending transactions.
6. Carrying out title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders.
7. Providing practical, commercial advice to a diverse client base.
8. Supervising junior team members where appropriate.
Working Arrangement
9. Hybrid role (office-based and remote working)
Experience Required
10. Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
Salary
11. £55,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)
