JOB DESCRIPTION
The Jordan for Maine campaign is looking for a full-time Finance Director. The Finance Director is responsible for managing the finance team, implementing the finance plan, growing and leading the finance team in the execution of fundraising events, interacting with donors and key stakeholders across the state, overseeing the call time program and working with National consultants to ensure a strong fundraising program.
Applicants must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communications skills. Must be willing and able to work campaign hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must have 2 cycles of fundraising experience. Position is based in Maine with the headquarters located in Bath, Maine. Travel within the state will be required.

Primary Responsibilities
* Manage the finance team
* Implementing the finance plan
* Overseeing all elements of the finance program including call time, events, and consultants
* Interacting with donors and key stakeholders across the state and country
* Working closely with the campaign manager to manage projections and cashflow
* Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* Experience working on a campaign or political committee fundraising teams for at least 2 election cycles
* Proven organization ability
* Strong and engaging interpersonal skills
* Proficient in NGP, Numero, Google Suite, Actblue
* Experience executing in-person events and zoom meetings
* Experience with donor management/engagement programs
* Exceptional work ethic
* Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work schedule
