We are looking to appoint an Administrator to work in this delightful school office.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities:
7. Your role will consist of working in a team and under the supervision of the School Business Manager
8. Assist in administration of the annual salary review process, ensuring systems are updated, and letters are issued to all staff
9. You will be supporting the School Business Manager assisting them with daily office jobs such as inputting school data, other office duties i.e. sorting posts, admissions, attendance and typing letters
10. Facilitating effective communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders
11. Assisting in the coordination of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
12. Support Leadership teams with producing reports/letters where appropriate
Some of your requirements to earn this role :
13. Relevant experience working in a school office, preferably within an educational setting
14. Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
15. DBS on a update service is a must
16. 2 recent proven references
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
18. Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling student and school-related information
19. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
