Sales Administrator – Manchester City Centre - £28k basic + company benefits

Join them as a Sales Administrator, as they embark on an exciting journey, building the best in new development across Manchester.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of sales administration, prepare weekly reports on sales, and represent the company to the highest standards at all times.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare weekly reports on sales, enquiries, progress on targets and other reports.
* Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Director as required.
* Development Launches & Events: Set up new developments on Salesforce.
* Prepare and distribute pricelists, prepare agency agreements, manage internal approval and issue to agent.
* Preparation of powerpoint presentations as required. Attend and support sales and marketing team at sales/agent/development events.
* Complete reviews of Department manuals with team to ensure that all processes are documented and are up to date.
* Assist with the Customer Relationship Team with the preparation for the development/tower completions.
What you will have
* Proven experience in Sales Administration – either estate agency or new homes.
* Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Ability to manage own workload, work at pace and reprioritise when required to ensure that deadlines are met.
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Must have Salesforce software experience
