Level 2 Teaching Assistant (SEND)Location: OL12 Company: Axcis Education Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate level 2 teaching assistant to work in schools across Rochdale, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be working in a classroom environment supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. The role will also involve personal care, so patience, empathy, and professionalism are essential. Key Requirements: •Level 2 teaching assistant qualification (or equivalent experience) •Previous classroom experience working with children with SEND •Personal care experience •An enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service •A caring, reliable, and proactive approach to supporting children •Ability to work well as part of a team and follow school policies Pay & Benefits: •Pay: From £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience) •Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm •Contract: Agency, term-time only •Ongoing support from a dedicated Axcis Education consultant If you are passionate about supporting children with SEND and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
